Mirit Neman
Mirit Neman received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1997, and graduated from Loyola Law School in 2001. She has been a member of the California State Bar since 2001.
Ms. Neman works on both business and family law litigation, with a primary focus on family law. Ms. Neman has successfully litigated all aspects of family law disputes, including property division, spousal and child support and child custody matters. She has obtained orders enforcing marital agreements, changing child custody arrangements, restraining domestic violence, monitoring child visitation , and requiring drug testing. Ms. Neman has also negotiated and drafted numerous agreements, including property settlements and temporary and permanent support agreements. She is fluent in Hebrew and speaks Farsi.
